The TMD Diffuser, is developed using CFD modeling, uses unique internal geometry to create the optimum mixingenvironment. This is done by creating multiple low pressure volumes that causejet degradation and create vortex mixing.
It’s efficient sloped inlet and throatdesign, followed by high angle mixing chamber and discharge throat/diffusersections create two additional re-circulation/mixing zones. This is extremelybeneficial when dealing with materials that are difficult to mix. This design ensuresthat pressure and flow losses are minimized while vacuum and throughput are optimized.This is achieved while the mixing energy is maintained at 92 kW/m3/hr, the lowest of any comparable unit.As a result, pump requirements and energy consumption are reduced.
