Hexacom, a division of Schlumberger Canada Limited (referred to as “Hexacom”, the "Company", or "us", "we", or "our" as the context may require has a long-standing commitment to safeguard the privacy of information entrusted to us. The privacy principles and procedures set forth below are intended to tell you how we collect, use, and disclose your information via our Websites. This statement does not cover information collected from sources other than our Websites.

Other than with your consent, Hexacom will not sell, trade, or disclose your Personal Information to third parties that want to market products to you.

Sensitive Information
We do not knowingly collect sensitive Personal Information (such as, social security numbers, information related to racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religion or other beliefs, health, biometrics or genetic characteristics, criminal background or trade union membership) from you via the Websites. Collection of Other Information
We and our service providers may collect Other Information in a variety of ways, including:
- Through your browser or device: Certain information is collected by most browsers or automatically through your device, such as your Media Access Control (MAC) address, computer type (Windows or Mac), screen resolution, operating system name and version, device manufacturer and model, language, Internet browser type and version and the name and version of the Services (such as the App) you are using. We use this information to ensure that the Services function properly.
- Use of cookies: Hexacom may use 'cookies' in connection with operation of its Websites. Cookies are small pieces of information that are stored on your computer by the Hexacom Website server. Cookies are used for record-keeping purposes—the stored information about the browser type, pages visited, language preferences can be retrieved by the Hexacom Website server when you return to the Website. If you visit our sites to read or download content, much of the information we do collect is statistical only. We use this information about the number of visitors and their use of the sites in aggregate form to make our sites more useful and attractive to you. Hexacom endeavors to maintain physical, technical and procedural safeguards that are appropriate to the sensitivity of the Personal Information in question, designed . Hexacom reserves the right to change, modify, or update this Privacy Policy at any time, without notice, to reflect changes in our legal obligations or the manner in which we deal with your Personal Information. We will post any revised version of this Privacy Policy on our Websites and we encourage you to refer back to it on a regular basis. This Privacy Policy was last updated on the date provided below (listed as the "Date Last Updated"). Your use of the Websites and Services following these changes means that you accept the revised Privacy Statement. Any changes to the terms of this Agreement will be in effect as of the "Date Last Updated" referred to on the Site. Your rights

Hexacom wants to maintain only accurate information about users of the Website. If you would like to request access to Personal Information that you have previously provided to us you may contact us by sending inquiries to the Contact Information below. We will respond to your request consistent with applicable law.
Your right to access the Personal Information that we hold about you is not absolute. There are instances where applicable law or regulatory requirements allow or require us to refuse to provide some or all of the Personal Information that we hold about you. In addition, the Personal Information may have been destroyed, erased or made anonymous in accordance with our record retention obligations and practices.
In the event that we cannot provide you with access to your Personal Information, we will endeavor to inform you of the reasons why, subject to any legal or regulatory restrictions.
In your request, please make clear what Personal Information to which you would like access and your purpose for making the request. For your protection, we may only implement requests with respect to the Personal Information associated with the particular email address that you use to send us your request, and we may need to verify your identity before implementing your request.
Please note that we may need to retain certain information for recordkeeping purposes and/or to complete any transactions that you began prior to requesting a change or deletion (e.g., when you make a purchase or enter a promotion, you may not be able to change or delete the Personal Information provided until after the completion of such purchase or promotion).
Data retention
Hexacom will not retain your Personal Information longer than is necessary and permitted in light of the purpose(s) for which it was obtained, or as otherwise permitted or required by law. The criteria used to determine our retention periods include: (i) the length of time we have an ongoing relationship with you; (ii) whether there is a legal obligation to which we are subject; or (iii) whether retention is advisable in light of our legal position (such as in regard to applicable statutes of limitations, litigation or regulatory investigations).
Children
Hexacom takes children's privacy seriously. The Websites are not directed to individuals under the age of of majority (under the age of eighteen (18) or the age of majority in your province or territory, whichever is higher) and we ask minors not to send any personally identifiable information to the Websites. Hexacom encourages all parents and guardians to instruct their children in the safe and responsible use of personal information on the Internet. Hexacom will not knowingly collect, use, or disclose to third parties any Personal Information collected from children, and we are committed to complying with applicable laws and requirements.
Jurisdiction and cross-border transfer
In nearly all cases your Personal Information may be collected or processed by, and transferred to, Hexacom facilities in the United States and in other countries where Hexacom does business. Your Personal Information may be stored and processed in any country where we have facilities or in which we engage service providers, and by using the Websites you consent to the transfer of information to countries outside of your country of residence, including the United States, which may have data protection rules that are different from those of your country. In addition, we are not responsible for the information collection, use, disclosure or security policies or practices of other organizations, such as Facebook, Apple, Google, Microsoft, RIM or any other app developer, app provider, social media platform provider, operating system provider, wireless service provider or device manufacturer, including with respect to any Personal Information you disclose to other organizations through or in connection with the Apps or our Social Media Pages.
