- Spinodal 2 bearing with silver plated components ensures longer runs at higher ROP. This proprietary material offers maximum wear resistance and withstands extreme load forces for longer periods than conventional bearing materials.
- The V-Ramp seal's unique design distributes contact pressure over a wider contact area ensuring a more consistent track on the bit leg. This results in extended seal life which allows the bit to stay in the hole longer and drill more footage.
- HM16A hard metal material has been optimized to reduce wear, extend bit life and maximize ROP.
- The Center Jet maximizes fluid flow, and increases ROP by cleaning the bit more effectively and reducing bit balling.
- The PS feature offers strategically placed clusters of semi roundtop (SRT) shaped carbide inserts that maximize leg protection, prevent bit wear, and substantially increase bit life in abrasive formations.
